The company recently confirmed the detection of a cheat in the mid to high stakes of Pot Limit Omaha.

The company brought the issue to the Gambling Supervision Commission of their registration place, Isle of the Man, and the authorities carried out the investigation.
The names of the malicious third parties have not been revealed, but many players from the site expressed severe dissatisfaction with the events and the failure to provide the identities of the thieves. However, Pokerstars was legally adviced not to reveal any details, and they banned the players from the site.
